Delivery

PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries may be affected by holidays. i.e. Bank Holidays/Christmas etc. Please allow for delays. Our courier is Royal Mail

Click & Collect

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection, which is usually within 24 hours. Any Online Exclusives, Customised Items or Outlet orders placed on a Fri, Sat or Sun, will be available for collection from the Tuesday onwards, as our warehouse unit is closed at weekends.You will be notified via email when your order is available for collection. Orders can be collected from our boutique at 1480 Paisley Road West, G52 1SP

Please note our INSTORE returns policy and ONLINE returns policy are different. The below relates to our online policy only.

Sale/ Offer Product Returns

Our returns policy for sale or special offer items is a credit note only, which may be redeemed instore & online. Please be mindful of this when ordering. We offer a 14 day returns policy on returns. Your credit note will be sent electronically to the details provided when ordering and will expire after 6 months. We reserve the right to accept a return if you are outwith our returns policy.

Half Price & Outlet Returns

These items are strictly NON RETURNABLE. Please be aware of this before ordering.

Returns

All full price items purchased must be returned to us within 14 days, to be eligible for a refund. Upon inspection, all returns must be in original condition, free from make up, have all labels attatched and be unworn/unwashed.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items outwith the terms of our Returns Policy, as such, these items may be returned to you at your expense.You will be notified of the applicable charges.

Some products are non returnable due to hygiene reasons - this applies to earrings, hats and underwear.

You will be responsible for your return shipping costs. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service when returning as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned parcel and we will not be liable for any missing returns.

Faulty Items

If you happen to receive a faulty item, please return it within 14 days and state on your invoice what the fault was. We will only accept returns of faulty items if the garment has been unworn, unwashed and has all tags attatched. We are not responsible for items which have been worn and washed.

Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be credited back to your original payment.
