Delivery Information
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! However, please note that deliveries may be delayed during busy holiday periods such as Bank Holidays and Christmas. Our trusted courier is Royal Mail.

We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection—usually within 24 hours! If you’ve ordered an Online Exclusive, Customised Item, or an Outlet item on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will be available from Tuesday onwards due to our warehouse being closed on weekends.
You'll receive an email when your order is ready, but please allow 2-3 days for customised orders.

These items are eligible for a credit note only, which can be used both online and in-store. We offer a 14-day return period, and your electronic credit note will be emailed to you using the details provided at checkout. Credit notes are valid for 6 months.

As these items are customised just for you, they are non-returnable. Please double-check your details before ordering!
🖤 Half Price & Outlet Items
All items marked as Half Price or Outlet are strictly non-returnable. Please ensure you’re happy with your selection before completing your purchase.

Full-price items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
✔ Items must be in original condition
✔ Free from makeup, stains, or perfume
✔ Unworn & unwashed with tags still attached
If an item is returned outside of our policy, we reserve the right to decline a refund. In such cases, we may return the item to you at your expense, and we’ll notify you of any applicable shipping charges.

Faulty Items
We’re sorry if you’ve received a faulty item! Please return it within 14 days, including a note on your invoice describing the issue.
✔ The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
❌ We cannot accept faulty returns for items that have already been worn or washed.
Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
